Contains - Gelatin capsule, vegetable stearic acid, plant cellulose, silica.

Dosage:

Adults, take one (1) capsule for every 50 lbs. of body weight, before bedtime, or as directed by your doctor.

WARNINGS:

Best if given with a snack or beverage with little or no protein.

Do not exceed six capsules (3 grams) per day unless directed by your doctor. If you are pregnant, nursing or using medications, consult with your doctor before using.
